The Landmark Group welcomes you to Vergennes, Vermont! Vergennes is a waterfront city whose foundation is well noted in this nation’s history! This area is steeped in our country’s early exploration and fights for freedom. This beautiful city is where we call home. Offering us a safe haven in which to raise our children in an environment where they, in turn, stay and continue on with the many traditions established by family. We are one of those generations!
After giving my children a solid foundation on a working dairy farm, I entered into the real estate profession and never looked back! Working the land and living here gave me a hands-on knowledge of Addison County like no other. With that knowledge, I built a team that is able to help buyers and sellers no matter what their needs and desires are in today’s real estate market. This team has evolved over time and is the best team in Addison County when it comes to your home selling and buying experiences. We have won several sales and quality service awards to back up our boast!
In 2008, Susan Burdick joined the selling team, guiding buyers through the process with a born knowledge of the area, acute negotiating skills and a connection to buyers understanding their conflicting feelings of fears and excitement that always become a part of the buying process. Her expertise gently guides them step by step through this confusing process understanding the importance of this big purchase which usually is one of their most important decisions in their life journey.

Sean has been working with sellers and buyers in Chittenden and Addison County since 2015. He is a well-known Vermont artist and brings that creativity to his real estate practice. He lives in Vergennes where he also owns Sean Dye Studio on Main Street. In the warm weather he can also be found at his camp on Lake Champlain in the Adirondack region of New York.
My focus remains with sellers as pricing, marketing and follow-up are ever so important in this age of changing economies.
